The charts below show the results of a survey about what people of different age groups say makes them most happy.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie charts illustrate what makes people of two age groups including people under and over 30 most happy.
Overall, as can be seen, the highest percentage says that achievement at work brings for both groups most happiness. Another visible trend is that there are several similarities between what younger and older people say that it makes them happy, while there are some striking different factors which make each group happy.
In terms of the same factors, the proportion of people over 30 who feel happy when achieving the task at work is 32%. The figure for people under 30 is slightly lower, at 31%. In addition, 22% of young people say that doing hobbies is the most significant to their happiness, compared to 24% elder people.
Turning to the differences, having a good appearance is also the important purpose, bringing happiness for the younger group with 18%, whereas 20% of people in the older group report that financial security makes them happy. Also, 15% of people under 30 years old state that travelling is the most important thing making them happy in their lives, instead, 14% of people over 30 years old say that they will happy when they are being with their family.
