Dear Manager,
Good Day!
I chose to travel with PIA because it is the national airline of Pakistan. Being the national airline, there is a sense of patriotism and emotion attached with it. Moreover, PIA offers large variety of national routes and flexible timings. I always have the luxury to book last minute flights at odd times and if by chance I miss a flight I can always catch the next flight as PIA is an immensely versatile airline.
I recently travelled to ISB from Moenjhodaro and it was a serene experience. There was no turbulence or jitters during entire flight. The flight takeoff and landing timings were precise and there were no delays. I had to attend an important meeting and had a tight schedule to meet but PIA ensured that I reached on time.
However, there is still room for improvement on customer service part. I had asked for a glass of water before takeoff but airhostess wasn’t keen to oblige. I repeatedly requested her as I was dehydrated but she insisted to wait on. I would also recommend making modifications in seat installations. The in between space is much less and it is not possible to extend your legs for comfort.
Overall it was a satisfactory experience and I look forward to travel again.
