The given diagram illustrate the process of recycling of wasted glass bottles. It is clear that, there are three distinct stages from collection of garbage bottles to the sailing of new bottles.
In the beginning, unused glass bottles to be gathered in the collection point and altogether would be transport to the second stage of process area by truck. On the next step, such glasses placed under the high pressure water for cleaning purpose. After that which would be categorized by clear, green, and brown. Then these items would be send to glass factory where there are broken in pieces. Such glass pieces pass through the burning furnace with the pressure of 600- 800 degree Celsius. At the end of second stage recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass are send for glass mould area to make shape appropriate for glass bottles.
In the final stage new moulded bottle products are ready for sale so that it would be transported to supermarket.
