You have just moved into a new home and are planning to hold a party. You are worried that noise may disturb your neighbor.
Write a letter to your neighbor. In your letter:
• introduce yourself
• describe your plans for the party
• invite your neighbor to come
Dear Mr Patel,
I am John Mill, a banker, who has rented Mr Bikerman’s House situated beside your house. I am residing here from the last month. The reason for writing this letter is to let you know that a party is going to be arranged in my home on the eve of my marriage. It will be a great honor for me, if come and join in this party with your family members. And as a responsible neighbor, though I know this program will create some noises which may be disturbing for you. I apologize for that in advance and allow me to share some party plans.
My Friends and their family members will be invited as a guest and they will come around 6pm and stay till midnight. We will cook various items in the garden area and additionally, there will be a music system there. After having dinner, we are planning to arrange a DJ party. As it will produce lots of sound, it will be arranged as an indoor program. Additionally, I have thought about a kids’ zone where the young people can enjoy their time.
No more today. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to share with me.
Best wishes
John Mill
