Dear Mary,
I am this letter to inform you that I have recently shifted in the flat next door. I'm a working in an accounting firm just down the street and so I moved here as it will be easy to commute to work. I recently graduated and this is my first time I will be staying on my own. Furthermore, I am planning to host a house warming party at my place over the weekend.
First let me explain in detail my plans for the party. Since, my guests will mostly be my close friends, family and members of this building, I'm planning an intimate gathering with dinner and some music. Also, there will be children so I'm inviting a magician over to keep them entertained. Additionally, I have planned some interactive and fun games for all age groups. Later during the night we can play our favorite songs and dance.
Lastly, I would be happy if you could join us as well. Since, all the neighbors are attending it will be a good platform to interact and know one another.
