Dear James,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to say thank you for agreeing to take care of my dog Rocky and my house as it would have been very difficult for me to leave them alone. Also, I want to tell you that I am leaving tomorrow at 7.00PM and will com back on 14th October.
Now, there are few important things that I want you to keep in mind. Firstly, Rocky is very active and needs to go out for a walk at least twice a day to get fresh. Secondly, he only eats non-veg food and some milk three times a day. I have kept everything ready in freeze, you just have to heat it in microwave and feed him.
Moreover, my maid will come everyday in morning to take keys from you for cleaning my house. Just make sure that she returns you the keys on her way back. Also, ask her if she has turned off all the lights, taps and the gas knobs because she sometimes by mistake leaves them on.
Lastly, thank you once again for favouring me. I am indeed, highly obliged to you.
See you soon,
John
