Write a letter to your friend telling him her that you have won a photography competition In your letter Describe the event Describe the photograph you have sent for the competition Invite him her to the exhibition where your photograph is presented

Dear James,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you to tell you that I recently won a photography competition and also to invite you to the exhibition of those photographs. It is a great honour for me and I would like to share that special moment with my best friend.

The competition was held on 5th September in Mumbai, it was a charity event for the blind children. All the money collected from this was used for their eye surgery. You will be so proud of me to know that around fifty photographers had participated but my photos got the maximum number of votes.

The theme of the competition was "Nature" thus, I presented all the photos shot of mountains, waterfalls and animals. Most of the pictures were of my favourite animal "Tiger" in sundry poses which were appreciated by all the judges. Although, the photos of waterfall taken at the time of sunset were brilliant too and was a new experience for me nonetheless, tiger's pictures were the best among all.

Moreover, there is an exhibition going to take place on 15th September at "Talkatora Stadium" in Delhi in which my photos will be displayed for the common masses to see. Since, it is an extremely prestigious event for me and we have also not seen each other since long, I indeed want you to come as soon as possible.

Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Best wishes,
John
