Overall, success for young professionals depends mainly on self- motivation factors.
The factors divided into 3 groups. These are personal feelings, positive feelings and negative feelings. In the first group, personal satisfaction and ambition are cited by the highest rate of those sampled with 80%. Meanwhile, money and desire for material things are two factors that having the lower rate of the people asked with 45% and 50% respectively.
Among the positive factors, the rivalry accounted for 50% of the people questioned as a factor that motivates them to succeed. The other factors fear of failure, envy and feeling in adequation have almost the same percentage with 25%, 30%, 32%. When it comes to negative factors, family pressure is rated by the highest rate of those asked in this group with 70%, followed by pressure from society with 60% and peer pressure with 45%.
