You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter
1. Say where you think you left the papers
2. Explain why they are so important
3. tell the manager what you want to him/her to do.
Dear Mr Brown,
I am writing in connection with the important papers that I missed out at your hotel. My name is Diana Smith, I stayed at room number 901. I hope you remember I had my conference on 01st February 2018- 05th February 2018 in the Corbet Conference Room. I think since I was in a hurry on the last day of a conference to catch my flight back home, I must have left the papers on the conference table.
The papers are enclosed in an envelope and sealed with the state government stamp on it. Those papers are highly confidential as they contain high-security information about the state affairs. In case those papers fall into wrong hands, it would bring in a catastrophic situation to our nation and apparently my job.
I would highly appreciate if you could immediately search for that envelope and courier me at the earliest on the postal address is given below:
Mrs Diana Smith,
708, Magnolia Avenue,
Jersey City, NJ 07306-1808
I thank you in advance for your due assistance.
yours sincerely,
Diana Smith.
