The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different
age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.
The reason of student from different age continue to study, and the support that student received from company is depicted by the graphs.
The most significant to emerge from the graphs are that studying for a career and interest reason are likely to change with age. Moreover, the youngest age groups accounted for the majority of receiving support from a company.
Looking in more detail, student (aged under 26) - recording as the largest percentage of study for a career - noted at 80% students. Even though at the age of 26 to 30, they still have a similar reason, the number of students decreased by 10 %. Meanwhile, we can see, the reason for study change at aged above 40 and 49, where they study for an interest, accounting for 40% and 70% students.
Regarding the employer support, As it seen that a company give time off and fees support to more the youngest age groups (63%). It is, then, followed by the age of 40s accounted for about more than a third people. However, there are only 33% of 30s age groups who receive a support from employer.
