In any field of inquiry, the beginner is more likely than the expert to make important contributions
Who is beginner? What is his role in inquiry? A beginner is one who is novice in certain activity, who has lots of dream to accomplish, everyone is a beginner in his life be it from any domain either field of scholarship, sport, jobs, science etc. The beginner once starts his carrier has nothing but one goal to learn and achieve his goal and to do that he put his all effort and do assiduous task to prove himself. Therefore, i agree with the statement that during an inquiry beginner makes more important contribution than expert.
Additionally, beginner has one benefit is that he will not predict the results of the inquiry as the experts would do based on their experience. The beginners work will be egalitarian and would considered each circumstances and situation equally imperative and contributing to the inquiry where the experienced experts would ignore some of the facts as trivial based on their past experiences. For instance, a data documented that people often forget things that are mundane and a part of everyday work and consider as trivial for example, forgetting of car keys. Similarly, experienced person become so used of the situation that it sometimes lead to nonchalant behavior. Where beginner pays more attention toward small facts and will scrutinize even trivial details of the inquiry.
Furthermore, the beginners are very much assiduous and caveat during their initial days because the have to perform to prove himself and improve and learn. For example, survey of 2011 performance data shows that people from their beginner days till their 10 years of experience are very enthusiastic towards their work but once they accomplish their staunch position in their respective domain such as the position of manager, senior manager etc. They become complacent and relaxed. Whereas during their initial days of work they would do even extra hours to gain acknowledge and position the always dreamed of. Hence, the beginner are more dynamic and assiduous toward their work and have for core contributions in any work domain.
In sum, as statement is stated, it is absolutely true because beginners are always in hunt of opportunities and are eager to prove themselves hence, they are always dynamic and very much ardent to contribute and prove themselves to be an important contributor.
