Governments should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition Write a response in which you discuss your views on the policy and explain your reasoning for the position you take

University education is the most important thing in the modern world. Governments have different policies to grant scholarships and free education. The recommended policy is contentious because some argue that universities should take a fee and others argue that universities should offer free university education to students who cannot afford the fee. I believe that government should offer free university education to the needy students. There are numerous examples and pieces of evidence that students had benefited from such policy of the government. Ram and Jack’s life stories support the policy.
Ram was a determined guy from a family whose income is below the average and who could not afford the university fee. But in my country, the government had made a policy to give free university education to needy students who are hardworking, talented, and determined towards their studies. Due to this policy, Ram got an opportunity to get a free university education by focusing only on his studies; he did not have any fee torture from the university so he showed perseverance during his university days and later he got a high percentage. By showing his good marks and his dedication to his studies he succeed to get a deserving job; he lifted his family’s economic status. If there was no such policy, he could not focus on his studies and could not get good marks, and due to this reason, he was unable to lift his family’s economic-financial status. This is a good consequence of implementing such a policy.
Jack is another example who got a free university education during his undergraduate. He was a sedulous person in his studies and responsibility but he could not afford the university fee to pursue his dream education. But due to the government’s free education policy, he got free education. During his college days, he did not face any financial crisis so he got an opportunity to focus on research and studies; he invented a solution for traffic management in the city and later his research outcome helped the government to manage traffic problems properly. This was possible only due to the free university education for needy students. So after implementation, there will be many positive consequences.
Some might argue that universities should not offer free universities to any student because the university’s economic status would be weak. This may be true that by providing free education to some needy students, the university cannot raise enough money but the positive consequences of such a policy are incomparable. The life story of Ram and Jack proves that universities should offer free university education to students who cannot afford it.
