Teachers salaries should be based on their students academic performance

Essay topics:

Teachers' salaries should be based on their students' academic performance.

The statment purpose that the amount of a educator receive should be tantamount with theirs student academic sucess. However some variables have to be taken in account before assume that all the responsible of a good acadeic performance depend only of the professor. Things like genetical conditions, family problems or personal choice of a student cannot be strictely controled.
First of all, an educator can do their best spent years studying teaching methods, education psycology, etc. and in the end, some students still cannot finish with good grades. This not mean that the professor failed, another things can be influencing on the result, it could not be a result of professor's effort. For instance, during the pandemic a lot of students had their academic performances lowered and, it occured due the moment, they were anxious about the lockdown and worried about their family healthy. Thus, in this case, the lower grades was not educator's faul, it was cause by uncontroled external factors.
Secondly, one student can have more facility in learning than others, it can be caused by genethics or by poorly early education. It is not possible for an teacher to apply all the learning methods that would fit to any individual, some classes have more than fifty students, so one or another will face difficulty in learning and it can enventually result in bad grades. For example, some students must have an individual tracking by others specialists that can help with the learning process.
Finally, every student is an individual So, they are free to choose if they can learn of not. A teacher should not have theirs salary lowered due a lack of responsability of some students, maybe they did not received a properly home education or their parents just are not an example for them. Thus, An educator cannot alone solve those kids of problem.
Besides that, some people are better in other things than in studying a broad of courses required. For example, some individuals have a predisposition to focus on a certain activity, like entrepreneur. There are students that graduate and do not go to college and they make a lot of money just as sellers or managers, because they had the tallent and sometimes school cannot help with those inds of talents.
In conclusion, teachers are not always the cause of an academic poor performance, there are other things than can interfer in that. Because of this their stipend should not rely on its students academic performance, it can caused by external influences that the educator cannot fix alone.
