Working from home is the best solution in the mishap stage that nobody denies. Firstly, employees have a big chance to save the source of finance. Take an example, they must pay mega bucks to petrol, repairs and maintenance car or motorbike, hang out with friends or colleagues, or even having lousy accidents, but now they merely work from laptop or computer under their dear house. Besides, workers find it easy to generate flexible schedules and courses of action between work and life. This stage workers have a significant chance to spend more time for themselves and do something that they do not have time to do before. Moreover, they can live in close proximity to another member in the family, take care of their parents as well as play with a baby.
However, existing more drawbacks when they work from home. First of all, falling eyesight, stress are some mental problems that they may get as working from electronic devices. Moreover, without any obligated discipline workers are likely lazier than working at the workplace, so they tend to procrastinate and distract their works. Last not but least, bear in mind that the individual cannot separate from the society, so if employees work from home so long, they might lack soft skills like teamwork or communicate with others.
To sum up, those who work from home are likely to build a positive working attitude, but employees have difficulty avoiding downsides. Striving to consider positive and optimistic is a strong motivation that people feel better.
