More over, the size of garden is reduced significantly and replaced by minor operations room and car parking. The situation of reception desk is changed to near the entrance and in front of the children’s play area in the present while people found it in front of entrance in 2005. In conclusion, it is obvious that the present health center is designed better than the old health center.
