The bar chart shows the number of global trading of games software, CD and DVD or video between 2000 and 2003. Overall, the CD was recorded as the highest transaction. While the number of CD decreased steadily, the converse was showed by the games software and DVD/video sales.
It can be seen clearly that the numbers of sales have changed on global sales between 2000 and 2003.
The sales of CD were dominant in following years, however it decreased slightly, a decline about three percent. While both of the number of sales DVD and video increased twice times approximately 30 billion dollars in 2003. In addition, there was increase gradually toward games software from 2000 to 2003 around 19 billion dollars.
While the sales of CD decreased steadily between 2000 and 2001, the transaction of DVD and video rose significantly more than twenty billion dollars and the trend was followed by the trade of games software about fifteen billion dollars. Afterwards, the commerce of CD remained stable at 32 billion, DVD and video sales showed the same trend as previous period. Finally, the games software rose considerably.
