Dear James,
Recently, I had a pleasure trip with my family in Kuakata sea beach, which is the place from where sun rise and sun set views can easily be enjoyed. Anyway, a very unusual incident happened during the expedition. One of my favorite valuable items, iPod, I have lost it unconsciously. My gadget’s manufacturing company name is Apple Inc USA, IMEA number is IEA201234532W and the color is white.
At the evening, I and my wife sat down on the beach bench to enjoy the marvelous sun setting view. Before that I had kept my iPod on the corner of the seat. The beach was not so rush place because of off season. Suddenly, my attention backed on my electronic device and I did not see it in the place. Most possibly a thief committed his job.
However, I made a general diary in the local police station. Please be informed that I have a travel insurance agreement under your company. Such type of event I never experienced. So, I need a help from you. Could you please guide me, how I will submit my insurance claim to your company for my lost item?
