The given graph illustrates the fraction absence of employees in the countries like Netherland, Sweden, France, Italy and Germany over the period from 1991 to 2001.
Overall, In country, Netherland and Sweden marked the highest absence of the workers; however, as mentioned, France and Italy has the median absence. In contrast, Germany has the least absence over a decade. Over the span, there was no considerable change marked up as per the figure.
In the initial half decade, the absence of employees in Netherland and Sweden dipped to half and found to be 32 and 20 percent from 48 and 40 percent respectively. Despite of that no change were noticed in France, Italy and Germany over the period and found to be 25, 20 and 12 percent respectively.
For the rest half decade, the absence of employees went rise in Netherland and Sweden where it touched the same level (48 percent) for Netherland as was in 1991 and in Sweden it crossed the level and stood at 45%. Moreover, France, Italy and Germany did not experience any big change and was immunized at 25, 20 and 12 percent levels.
