Airport visitors, 2007-2012 (Millions of travelers per year)
The table represents the number of trippers from different airports between 2007 to 2012. Interestingly though, it is measured in millions of persons. At first glance it was evident that Frankfurt had the highest amount of travelers during this times, the exception is in 2009 when Dusseldorf reached the upper number rather than another place.
Moving to a more detailed analysis concerning the data from 2007 to 2009, more than 36,5 million travelers came to Frankfurt, followed by Dusseldorf which achieved 27,2 million and 36,4 million people, and then Berlin Tegel was lower around 10 million of visitors than Dusseldorf in the initial two years. However, In 2009, the most trippers reached by Dusseldorf, appropiately 48,2 million of persons per year while other points were under it.
Turning to the year during the period 2010 to 2012, Frankturt occupied the first place which the amount of travelers was upper than 47,3 million people while the same number was obtained by Berlin Tegel, surely 43,3 million persons over the timeframe. Finally, Dusseldorf gained the lowest data in the beginning two years which was about 35 million people and in 2012, the quantity was 45,6 million visitors.
