It is clear that while there was a sharp increase in average expenditure on cell phone service, levels of spending on international fixed-line service decrease over the period.
in 2001 the largest amount spent on national fixed-line service was about $700, while the figure for the international fixed-line service and cell phone service was lower, nearly $250 and $200 respectively. Over a period of 5 years starting from 2001, the average annual expenditure on national fixed-line service decrease about $200. In contrast, levels of spending on cell phone service rose significantly almost $300, consumers were used for international fixed-line service fluctuated nearly $300.
In 2006, the figure for national fixed-line and cell phone services was equal to about $500 respectively. From 2006 to 2010, consumers who allocated for cellphone reached nearly $750, while the amount of money using for international fixed-line service fluctuated approximately under $300.
