This bar chart illustrates the proportion of men and women in six age groups who exercised regularly in 2010.
Overall, female excised more regular than men. The highest percentage of age groups of women was 53.3% and the ages are between 45 to 54. The lowest proportion is 39.5% that represented men's ages between 35 to 44 did the least regular physical activity.
Compared to men, women tended to have regular exercise as women aging, the proportion of doing physical activity increased to the peak at 53.3% but after this point, fewer women had a regular exercise. The lowest percentage is 47.1% for the age 65 and over.
On the other hand, the trend of the male is totally different from that of the female. Before the age of 44, as men are getting older, they do not exercise regularly. However, more and more male have regular physical activity after the age of 45, as the percentage went up gradually from the lowest percentage 39.5% to 46.7%.
