The bar chart compares the proportions of Australian males and females in terms of physically active on a regular basis in the year 2010.
Overall, five in the six age group had the number of material activity women more than men. Especially, the most obvious difference was in the 35 to 44 age.
In the youngest age category (15 to 24), where having the number of men bodily active higher than women about 5.1%. However, between the ages of 25 and 44, men were much less active on average than women. In fact, in the 35 to 44 age group, the number of males doing some form of exercise was the lowest at 39.5%, compared to 52% of females
Looking at the next two age class (45 to 64), the percentage of males physical activity rose to about 45,1%, while the figures for females still remained stable at 53%, taller than around 8%. Finally, the rates of people aged 65 and over in Australian who joining in physical activities was quite equal, at approximately 47%.
