53.3 percent of females between 45 to 54 years were the most engaged in physical activity just ahead of females aged 55 to 64 that accounted for 53% of those partaking in physical fitness activity. There was only a marginal difference of 0.4% between the participating men and women aged 65 and over, with 47.1% of men and 46.7% of female.
