The chart illustrates the proportion of males and females aged 60-64 who were working in the year 1970 and 2000 in USA, Belgium, Japan and Indonesia.
Overall, the proportion of men and women of age 60-64 were doing jobs decreased in 2000 in comparison of 1970. Inspite this, the percent of men employed in USA remains relatively similar in both years. While, the number of females employed in Belgium decreased drastically in the year 2000.
With regards 1970, the proportion of the men dominates over the period in four nations then women. Percentage of women did not exceed around 78 in all the countries. The females employed in Belgium and Indonesia were relatively similar. It is comprised as nearly 65%. In USA the most significant employees are male accounted as about 90%. While, the least employers in Japan are women accounted as 56% only.
In the respective year 2000, the people of Belgium were less significant country employed as only 52% and 8% respectively. Despite this, the females remain same employed in the three countries and namely USA common Japan and Indonesia. However, the man of USA and Indonesia shows highest employee rate in respect of all countries through out the year.
