The bar chart below shows the results of survey conducted by a personal department at a major company. The survey was carried out on 2 groups of workers: those aged from 18-30 and those aged 45-60,and shows factors affecting their work performance.
The horizontal graph indicate the survey on two different age groups on the factors contributing to make their environment pleasant for walking.
To begin with, the external factors affecting work performance on chance for personal development was highest, who aged from 18-30 year and it was 40 percent prospects, who aged 45-60 years old. In the case of promotion prospects, the external factors affecting work performance 80 percent and 50 percent respectively. When it comes to money, the external factors affecting work performance was almost same in two different age groups.
Movingfurther, the internal factors affecting work performance on team spirit was constant on two different age groups. Whereas, the internal factors on relax working environment was 80 percent, who aged from 18-30 year and it was 30 percent, who aged from 45-60 years old. The internal factors on competent boss was almost same in both age groups. The internal factors on job security was 20 percent and 40 percent in both age groups respectively. Interestingly, the internal factors on job satisfies and work environment was constant in both age groups.
Overall, it is evident that the internal have similar responses from two age groups while they have dissimilar responses on the external factor.
