However, the next ordered top five countries Japan, India, Canada, France and Brazil in descending order had similar patterns of less than 1000 billion kWh in production and consumption while Germany, on the other hand, placed at number nine used 64.1 billion kWh of electricity more than it generated. Lastly, Korea, Republic was ranked at number ten with generation at 485.1 billion kWh and usage at 44.9 billion kWh.
