The bar chart gives information about the percentage of females aged 15-25 in a particular country who watch and participate in sports.
The given bar chart demonstrates the proportion of girls who belong to the 16 to 25 age group in a certain country that watch and take part in physical activities.
Generally, as can be seen from the chart, both proportion of women who watch and that of which participate in tennis has the largest portion compared to other sports, while badminton seem to be not popular like others.
According to the chart, girls who watch tennis accounts for the majority of the total, equivalent to a half, compared to under 5% of the counterparts who opt to watch badminton. Athletics and basketball lag behind tennis with 15%, which is still significantly higher than golf together with house riding and racing, with a tenth and 5% respectively.
Looking closely to the chart, in the figure of women who take part in sports, the percentages of tennis and golf have the largest figure out of all six, standing at approximately a third. After that, basketball cames next with over a fifth. What stands out from the data is that girls do not participate in badminton as more as other sports, with only over 10. Athletics along with house riding and racing occupied the fourth and fifth place, standing at 10% and 7% respectively.
