The given diagrams show the figures about average house cost in England and London, as well as comparing the prices between six different ares of England.
Overall, the money had to be paid for a house in London was always higher, compared to the coutry. Another, the housing payment of that city costed the most while the lowest one could be found in North East.
In 1995, the average expenditure of a house in London was 200000 pounds, considerably more than England’s price. Over a eight-year period, London’s house value increased enormously, then reached to more than 400000 pounds, more than twice country’s average.
Reguarding the costliness, North East and Midlands were two places having striking difference with four other areas, just wasted arround 100.000 to 150.000 pounds while the citizens in London had to spend 400.000 pounds for housing.
