The comparison bar chart illustrates that worldwide purchase withdraws of the most addictable digital games, namely cellphone games, e-games, console games and finger touch games for period of six years (2000-2006).

The most popular game among the generation during six years was handheld games, which had experienced steady an upward trend from about 11 to a peak of 18 billions of dollars. By contrast, console games started from 6 billions of dollars then declined gradually over the period , stood at just 3 billions of dollars at the end of the time. The new game era began in 2001, was online games, in which followed by noticeable growth, and it peaked at roughly 10 billions of dollars in 2006. The mobile phone games launched into the world in 2002 ,and sales commenced from same level as e-games were, just before reached a high of well above 6 billions of dollars.

Overall, through the global game sales which involved four types of arcades, handheld games are took a place the best seller, and console games used the lowest proportion of selling. Also, mobile games and online games had had a quite similar increasing for 6 years.
