In the category of theatre, there was in 2017 an audience of 10,000 people and it would increase a bit in 2020 and there would be a great rise in 2030 reaching to 50000 people.
Talking about sporting events, here is where it shows projected a lower increase. The audience registered in 2017 was near to 150,000, and it would increase aproximately 10,000 people until 2030.
However, where the improvement seems to be going to leave a mark it is in concert´s category. In 2017 there was about 25,000 people and it would have a really sharp increase reaching more than 125,000 people in 2030
Overall, it is seen that the reform will get a growth in the audience as it shows there is a gradual upward trend, but it would not be in the same strength regarding on the event the stadium hosts
