The chart below shows the amount spent on six consumer goods in four European countries.

The chart gives information about the amount spent on consumer goods in Germany, Italy, France, and Britain.

It is clear that Britain spent the most on each consumer goods among the four European countries listed. However, in tennis racquets, Italy was practically the same as Britain. Germany and France were the lowest spenders. In personal stereos, France and Germany were almost the same as the number of under 150. While Germany’s amount spent has never passed through 150, France’s number not only passed 150 but even reached near up to 170.

Italy generally followed the middle bar on each consumer goods. Yet in toys the number was the same as France, they both were just under 160. Germany spent the least on toys, CDs, and photographic film. Nevertheless, France spent way more on these goods that Italy followed right after Germany.

The overall picture is that there are significant differences in spending habits in the four European countries given on the chart.
