Looking at the line chart it's immediately obvious that crime in Burglary and Robbery experienced a downward trend, with the exception in Car Theft. Also, the amount of crime in Robbery was always lowest in the period between 2003 and 2012.
It can be see from the graph that in 2003 ,the amount of crime in Burglary was the highest, as about 3400 crime per year. The figure for crime in Car Theft was lower, at under 2300 crime per year. However, the Crime in Robbery accounted for a lowest number with only over 500 crime per year.
In the period from 2003 to 2012, after many minor fluctuations, the figure for crime in Robbery turned back to around over 500 crime per year in 2012. By contrast, the amount of crime in Car Theft had a trend to increase significantly and reached the peak approximately 2800 in 2012. In the other hand, Burglary registered a considerable decline of crime in the same of period, it dropped to a dip about over 1000 in 2008 and then there was a slight rise in following 4 years, at about under 1500 in 2012.
