The chart given shows a comparison between cost of living averages in two different cities and national cost of living average. The two cities included in the chart are Riverdale and Cape Alicia. The total cost of living is divided into six categories namely: Groceries, Housing, Utilities, Transportation, Health care and clothing respectively.

The deviation in housing is maximum as compared to the national average. From the chart, we can clearly observe that the cost of living in Riverdale is much higher than that of Cape Alicia. In Riverdale, the transportation cost has the least deviation from national average. Overall, the cost of living in Riverdale is much higher than national average. On the other hand, housing and transportation costs in Cape Alicia are lower than national average. Housing prices in Riverdale are significantly higher the housing prices in Cape Alicia.

The given chart gives a clear representation of how the total cost of living may vary in different cities of the same nation.
