The bar chart illustrates the differences of the common house in five various cities, New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Frankfurt and London in the first half of 1990s and 1996-2002. Overall, as it can be seen the range of changes in the cities was about -7 to 3 percent in the first period, while in the second time span, a significant increase is shown.
According to the presented data in the graph, a 7% fall is happend in the capital cities of Japan and the United Kingdom in 1990-95, while this change was extremely high in london and was achieved more than 10% in the second duration. On the other hand, the variation in tokyo was not significant. There are a 10 % rose for price of average house in new york and rose from -5 to +5 percent. Madrid and Frankfurt had positive percentages in the first years in the contrary of others. Madrid's ration had an upward trend and started by almost 2% and stood on a little less than five percent. Finally, the last country is Frankfurt in Germany which has a minor decline. The average price was approximately 3% and steady decrease to roughly 2%.
