Furthermore, the other nations stood at below 4%.
In 2010, the fuel used in the transport sector of Europe decreased by a percent. To be more detailed, a dramatic fall was experienced by Slovakia to slightly 6%, followed by Spain from about 5% to 3%. In contrast, Italy, France and Greece all increased moderately by roughly 1% in fuel consumption. Meanwhile, the figure for Austria remained stable, at just over 5%.
