The given chart demonstrates the proportion of adults grouped on the basis of age who utilized internet everyday over four years (from 2003 to 2006) in United Kingdom.

Overall, age group between 16 and 24 remained to be the highest consumer of internet as against 65+ which accounted to be the least popular over the given time period. Mostly, the number of users kept on increasing every year regardless of their age.

To begin with, adults of age group 16-24 shared same percentage of 80 over two consecutive years 2003 and 2004. The dramatic rise to 100% was observed in 2005 followed by slight decline to about 90% in 2006.

Probing further, both age groups (25-44 and 45-54) experienced a gradual uplift as the years passed. The first one begun with 50% and reached 80% and the later progressed from 60% to 80%. Although, the remaining two age groups (55-64,65+) always remained below 50% , yet followed majorly upward trend with minor fluctuations.
