The provided bar graph compares the university graduation percentage in eight different Canadian provinces from 2001 until 2006.

As it can be seen; graduation ratio has almost increased in all continents except Alberta which experienced opposite the others and it is obvious that the order of international graduates in provinces has changed during these years.

As it shown; New Brunswick percent has rose by 5.6 percent from 6.2% approximately and reached the peak of 11.8%, moreover Nova Scotia and British Columbia had experienced an increasment in these years and both of them achieved 10.5% of graduations in 2006 by the rose of 4% and 6% respectively.

According to the given graph; Mantioba and Newfoundland & Labrador had the same figure in these years and they almost got doubled from 3.6%, on the other hand Ontario which had the least rate of graduations rose its percent by 2.5% to 6%. Although all provinces percent increased but Alberta percent fell by 1% from hardly 6%.
