The graph above illustrates how international students graduate allocated shares in different universities in eight provinces in Canada over a period of five.
Overall, the rate of foreign students graduated in all 8 provinces tended to increase and New Brunswick had the highest proportion in comparison with other nations in both years.
As can be seen from the graph, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Quebec had the shares more than 5% in 2001 but New Brunswick had a soar and peaked at nearly 13% five years later. Followed up was Nova Scotia at 11% and Quebec with a smaller go up at the rate of 8% in 2006.
Five other countries which had the shares smaller than 5% in 2001 also saw a slight increase except for British Columbia. The proportion jumped from 4% to over 11% which means about two times in just 5 years while the four left rise only around 3% and achieved 7% to 8% in 2006. Lastly, Ontario has the smallest rate in 2001 and still at the bottom 5 years later at 6%.
