Overall, the number of females outnumbered males by a steady margin throughout the whole year. Subjects like English language and literature has the maximum number of enrollment while Philosophy is the least studied among the whole batch.
Going forward, female scholars pursuing subjects such as Linguistics, Philosophy and History and Archaeology were higher in number as compared to male
scholars by a substantial margin of more than 50 units. Meanwhile, subjects like English language and literature , communication and media have almost identical level of subject preference.
Interestingly, Art and design portrayed different trend altogether. It was observed that the number of males were 50 units more than females when it came to choosing this subject.
