The bar chart illustrates the percentage of buying coffee and tea and also the drinking habits of five different cities in Australia for the last four weeks.
In general, although the rate of people who went to café fluctuated, the demand for fresh coffee decreased steadily throughout the period while instant coffee completely reversed this situation. Despite this, the total percentage of using café for coffee and tea was higher than fresh and instant coffee in the last 4 weeks.
As can be seen, the money spent to going the café just more than 60% in Sydney, which increased about 3% in Melbourne. It decreased slightly in Brisbane and Adelaide before that had a massive increase of around 10% in Hobart. Instant coffee had an upward trend of approximately 9% in the first three cities and after that fell just under 6 percent in Adelaide before rising in Hobart.
The circumstance was different for fresh coffee in the four last weeks. In Sydney, the percentage of residents who bought fresh coffee was around 43%. This rate reduced in Melbourne and Brisbane over than 8% and the situation was plateaued in Brisbane and Adeliade before that went up more the 35% in Hobart.
