The pie chart illustrates the outcome of a survey about factors that contribute to the happiness of people from the two different age groups.
Overall, it is noticeable that the Achievement at work element is the highest percentage in both age groups whilst the figure for Other factors is by far the lowest. Besides, people under 30 tend to be happy when they have a great appearance and travel while financial security and staying with family are the source of happiness of people over 30.
Achievement at work accounts for the highest proportion in both age groups, at 31% in the younger aged group and 32% in the older aged group, which is followed by the share of Doing hobbies factor, at 22% and 24%, respectively. By contrast, the lowest proportion of happiness in both age groups with just over 10% belongs to Other factors.
On the other hand, having a good looking contributes to a happy life of people under 30 while a fifth of older people vote that financial security is an important factor to their happiness. Similarly, traveling makes the younger age group happier, which makes up 15%, however, 14% of the older age group say that they feel most happy when being with their family.
