Overall, most of types rose rapidly over the period while the local fluctuated gradually. The local is the highest time calling in all categories.
In 1995, the local started at lowest point at 70 billion minutes. In the 4 next years, the local increased steadily from 73 billion minutes to 90 billion minutes. From 1999 to 2002, the total number of minutes of the local fell gradually approximately 17 billions back to 73 billions.
