The chart illustrates the export values of a country in a plenty of its industries between 2015 and 2016 whereas the below table indicates the proportion of changes in five exports in that period.
The bar chart shows one country's income made from many export items from 2015 to 2016. The highest value was petroleum products with about $60 billion in 2015 and then experienced a slight increase by $1 billion in 2016. Afterwards, the second highest earning was engineered goods with just above $55 billion in 2015 and rose significantly at the same level of petroleum products’ figure one year later. Three next industries ranked last in which textiles reached $25 billion in 2015 as the smallest value among five categories. Then, there was a substantial boom when the contribution of textiles climbed at half as high as that of the highest.
The table indicates the shares of these items during the survey. Although petroleum products comprised the biggest value for export earnings, it slightly increased at 3% throughout the study. Whereas the smallest value contributed to a dramatical surge in national exports at 15.24%. Following it, engineered goods was responsible for nearly half as high as that of textiles. The lowest change in this table was agricultural products with 0.81% in increase. The only down trend among five categories was gems and jewelry almost at 5.18%.
Overall, although petroleum products included the highest value in national exports, textiles contributing to the smallest earning experienced a significant rise in changes over the survey.
