Generally, what stands out from the bar chart is that the people of an Asian country got the most driving test during 2000, 2010. Moreover, the number of women driving exams has outnumbered the number of men's tests. Another interesting point is the number of male driving exams has stayed unchanged between 2000 and 2010.
Looking at the chart, we can see that the number of female driving exams was clearly overwhelmed the number of men exams. In the year 1980, the percentage of the female driving test passed was almost 50% whereas the proportion of men driving exam was just under 30%. During 1990, the proportion of male driving test was still trivial with about 37%, in comparison to the female driving, the exam was about 52%. Likewise, the percentage of males and females who passed the driving test was nearly 50% and approximately 70% respectively in the term of 2000. During the year 2010, the percentage of women driving exam was around 63% while men driving test proportion was closely 50%. Besides, the number of driving tests in 2010 was the same as the number of men test percentage in 2000.
