The represented pie charts illustrates data about four main reasons why the youngsters in a country in Africa using personal phones in the period of time from 2016 to 2019.
Generally speaking, social networks was the most popular reason, followd up by email, digital camera, and phone call was the less utilized reason from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, there was a small different pattern where digital camera showed a bit more common than email.
Most noticebably of all, it can be seen that social networks almost stayed around a half over the four years, which was precisely 50% in 2016, then it fell just 2% in 2017, and began to show a slight increase of 3% in 2018, before reached 56% in 2019. Another trend that can be observed is that phone calls was the least common reason with just 10% in 2016 and even dropped a half in 2019.
Meanwhile, it shows that the ratio of teenagers using emails plummet gradually from a quarter in 2016, then dip 1% in 2017, countinued to fell 4% in 2018 before went under a fifth in 2019. It is also worth pointing out that digital camera were the main reason of 15% teenagers in both year 2016 and 2017, then it climbed moderately and reached 20% in 2019.
