Essay topics:

The charts show world pineapple exports by the top three pineapple-producing countries in 2009 and 2019, and a breakdown of the cost to the consumer of each pineapple in 2019. (Write and Improve)

Here we are represented with two graphs. The bar chart illustrated the number of tonnes pineapple exported by three top countries in 2009 and 2019, while the pie chart explained different costs that customers need to pay to buy a pineapple in 2019.

Overall, the country B and A exported the most in 2009 an 2019, respectively, while the country C shown the least tonnes exported in the both year. Moreover, distribution and export shared the biggest and the smallest percent of cost of selling pineapples, respectively.

In the bar chart, it is noticeable that in 2009, the country A exported just more than one million tonnes, but after a decade, there was a dramatical increase, around 10 times, in the number of pineapple exported. Moving on to the country B, there were more than 4 million tonnes sold in 2009 while this number decrease more than a half after 10 years. The country C only exported less than one million tonne during 10 year.

In the pie chart, we can observe that distribution took 35 percent of the cost, following was profit which was 18 percent, around a half of distribution. In addition, taxes was at the third place with 16 percent, which were equal to the sum of international transport (12%), and export costs (4%).
