The figures reveal the age brackets of the citizens of Yemen and Italy in 2000 and a forecast after 50 years. It is clearly seen that there will be an increase in the population of Yemen ages 15 and above while the opposite will probably happen in Italy's citizens ages 0-59. Moreover, those who were ages 15-59 dominates the population of both states.
In 2000, almost half of the citizens of Yemen were 0-14 years old compared to Italy which only had 14.3%of this age bracket. Less than half was attributed to middle ages in the first country while Italy had roughly two thirds of its citizens who were ages 15 to 59. Those who were older adults had a neglectful percentage in Yemen but nearly a quarter of senile individuals were seen in Italy's population.
After 50 years in Yemen, middle aged and older adults were predicted to grow in number while the children and middle adult will fall in Italy. Yemen was estimated to have 57.3% of middle aged individuals in 2050 while a decrease of 20%will be seen in Italy. However, senile people will rise in number on both countries though a marginal increase will only be seen in Yemen with 5.7% and a huge growth in Italy will be noticed doubling its original percentage. Children of both states will decrease with only third in Yemen and over a tenth in Italy. In the end, children will decline in population and older adult will sharply increase.
