The given pie graphs compare the average proportion of three different nutrients contained in typical meals, all of which may be detrimental when being over consumed.

Overall, as can be seen obviously from the graphs, while the largest amount of Sodium and Saturated fat can be found in dinner, snacks represent the highest level of Added sugar.

In particular, Sodium and Saturated fat share the relatively same pattern. Having the highest rate, dinner consists of 43% and 37% Sodium and Saturated fat respectively. These are followed by lunch in which 29% Sodium and 26% Saturated fat can be found. The exact same amount of Sodium included in snacks and breakfast is 14%, meanwhile, the percentage of Saturated fat found in snacks is moderately higher than that of breakfast, with 21% compared to 16%.

The opposite pattern is observed in the data for Sugar added in four different meals. Snacks account for 42% of sugar, making it the highest proportion in this category. Dinner ranks second with nearly a fourth (23%). Being less than 4%, lunch has the third position. The least figure for sugar is 23% consisted in breakfast
