The diagram gives information the percentages of sodium, saturated fats and added sugar in four meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) consumed in America. The percentages of three nutrients are not health if it is consumed too much. Generally, dinner and lunch that individuals in America eat are saturated fat and sodium, while snack has high percentage of added sugar.
America humans consume added sugar, sodium and saturated fat during breakfast is lower around 14 to 16%. These nutrients is higher in food items they eat during lunch and dinner. The lunch they eat comprises of sodium, saturated fats and added sugar (29%, 26%, 20%, respectively). They consume more higher percentages of these nutrients, which are not good for health when eat too much, while they heave their dinner. The nutrient of sodium, saturated fats and sugar during dinner are 43%, 37% and 23% respectively. Finally, snacks which they eat consist high sugar and fats, 42% and 21%, respectively, and the sugar in snacks is higher than dinner and lunch.
