The three pie charts compare the percentage of unhealthy ingredients consumed in four different type of meals in the USA. It can be clearly seen that dinner and snacks are more detrimental than others in this country.

According to the first chart, the peak belongs to dinner as in the second chart which obtains 43% and 37% of sodium and saturated fat respectively. In contrast, the figures for dinner in the third chart is fortunately much lower (23%). As is observed from three charts, breakfast is the most healthy meal, only contains 14% sodium as snack does and saturated fat and added sugar are noted identical (16%). One of the stable figures of meals belong to lunch which is comprised with 29% sodium, 26% fat and 19% sugar. As referred before, snack contains only 14% of sodium, however this figure is expanded for other nutrients. Snack contains approximately one fifth of saturated fat, while the percentage of added sugar intend to reach a half.

Overall, intelligence to cut down a consumption of undesirable nutrients is necessarily demanded as it is harmful for our health if we continuously consume it regularly.
